Issue: Too much water added.
Solution: Avoid adding water exceeding 1/3 of the capacity. Add water in small amounts over several times; the more water added, the slower the heating will be.
Issue:
Water has already evaporated, leading to a dry burn situation.
The PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heating element is faulty, causing the appliance not to heat.
Solution:Add water to prevent the appliance from drying out and burning. If there is no heating at all, please contact after-sales service.
