We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why most products in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. In addition, for your long-term peace of mind, all PYY products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Shop with confidence knowing that PYY will support you throughout the process.

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, the product must not have been damaged due to misuse or other customer-caused factors. It must remain in the same condition in which it was received and be returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If more than 30 days but no more than 12 months have passed since delivery, and the product develops a fault caused by a manufacturing defect, mechanical failure, or similar issue, we will provide a replacement product or replacement parts.

Because many PYY products are specialized commercial products, items ordered in an incorrect color, size, specification, or configuration due to customer selection are generally not eligible for return or refund. If you have any questions before placing your order, our support team will be happy to help you confirm compatibility, specifications, color, and size.

To request a return, please email support@pyyofficial.com and provide your order number, product model, reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos. Our team will review the information within 24 hours after receiving your request and advise you of the next steps.

Depending on the reason for the return, please provide the following supporting materials:

• Damaged on Arrival: Order number, photos of the product, product model, SKU/part number, and a photo of the shipping label.
• Wrong Item Shipped: Order number, photos of the product, product model, SKU/part number, and a photo of the shipping label.
• Not as Described: Order number, product model, and photos clearly showing how the product differs from the description on the product page.
• Quality Issue: Order number, product model, and photos or videos showing the defect.
• Missing Parts: Order number, product model, and photos or videos showing the missing components.

Please do not return any product until you have received written confirmation and return instructions from the PYY support team. For an eligible return, we will confirm the appropriate return address and the applicable shipping arrangements.

Please note that products must not be returned without prior authorization. Returns sent to the address shown on the original packaging cannot be processed. Following the provided instructions will help us identify your order and process an eligible return request efficiently.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If the product is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within three business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
