Food Warmer Cabinet

Q1. No Power, No Heating

Issue: The problem could be due to insufficient water level, overheating protection triggering, power supply not working, a faulty switch, a malfunctioning thermostat, a faulty heating element, or a blown fuse.
Troubleshooting:
Regularly check if the water level is sufficient, ensuring it's not below the MIN LEVEL or above the MAX LEVEL.
Follow the reset switch operation guide, open the reset switch cover, and check if the needle moves. If the needle pops up, press it down to reset.
Check if the socket is properly powered and if the power plug is loose.
Check if the power switch indicator light or illumination light is lit.
If the socket is properly powered and the indicator lights are not lit, it indicates a switch fault.
If the indicator lights are lit normally, it indicates a thermostat, heating element, or fuse fault.
Open the bottom cover to check if the internal fuse is blown (visible if the fuse appears burnt).

Q2. Poor Insulation Effect

Issue: Directly using cold food from the refrigerator for heating.

Recommendation:
Do not directly heat cold food.
It is recommended to first fry or heat the cold food before insulation.
Extend the insulation time to sufficiently heat the cold food.

Q3. Heating or Illumination Light Not Working

Issue: The heating or illumination light may be burnt out.

Troubleshooting:
Check if the power plug is loose.
Check if the heating tube is properly powered and heating.
If the above two items are normal, it indicates a fault with the heating or illumination light.

Q4. Switch Malfunction

Issue: The switch may be faulty.

Troubleshooting:
First, check if the socket is properly powered and if the power plug is loose.
Check if the switch indicator light or illumination light is lit.
If the socket is properly powered and the indicator lights are not lit, it indicates a switch fault.

Q5. Short Circuit Breaker Tripping

Issue: A short circuit may have occurred.

Troubleshooting:
Open the device to check if the internal wiring is disconnected or if the wiring terminals are burnt, causing internal wiring to connect with the metal casing and causing a short circuit.

Q6. Excessive Steam

Issue: The thermostat is set too high, resulting in excessive steam.

Recommendation: Set the temperature to below 60°C (140°F) to avoid excessive steam, especially for bread-like foods.
